The
library is pleased to introduce a new service, SMS (Simple Message Service)! Instead of receiving a phone call,
email or postcard, reminders and notifications can now be sent via text
message, straight to your cell phone.
Simply
send a text message of the word SIGNUP to pls411@plsinfo.org and answer a
few simple questions to start this convenient new service.
Why
text messaging?

service providers often charge less for text messaging than for mobile
web access.

and reply to messages at your convenience.
Popular:
Text
messaging is one of the fastest growing areas in the cell phone industry.
It works on almost all phones.
Green: Text
messaging uses no paper, no stamps, and is fully automated.
