| This is the fourth annual update of the SamTrans Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) Complementary Paratransit Plan. The first year plan was
submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in January 1992 as required by law.
For the fourth annual update, FTA has specified an abbreviated format, which is the basis
for the following sections. I.
