| VI. UNRESOLVED ISSUES SamTrans received a letter from the FTA dated April 10, 1995, asking
for additional information for review of the 1995 update. SamTrans responded with a letter
on June 20, 1995. SamTrans received a concurrence letter from FTA dated September 7, 1995,
regarding the 1995 ADA Plan. The concurrence letter included no comments (see Appendix F).
