Junior

College Prep

Choose a book by an American author and read it

• Must have characters, but can be fiction or non-fiction
• Reading level has to be appropriate for your age: young-adult or older
• Minimum of 150 pages
• Cannot have been taught to you in a class or be a book you have read before

Advanced Placement - Read both:

• The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne

Senior

College Prep - Read the following:

• The Stanger by Albert Camus

Advanced Placement - Read:

• Brave New World by Aldous Huxley
